FAQ

What is your turnaround time for Images or Video?

You can expect to receive your photos 2-3 Weeks after your session (except for WEDDINGS). Ask us about the option available to expedite and/or receive a sneak peek!

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Richmond, VA and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. A travel fee will be required for locations past a 15 mile-radius from Richmond, VA!

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all of your images within maximum 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story and package that you have selected). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

Short Answer - It will depend on the package you have selected!

Long Answer- Each package is curated with a set amount of photos depending on the type of session, the duration of our session, and other factors as well. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that''s why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
